- Organisation (institute, laboratory, etc.)
- Position (director, journalist, communications officer, etc.)
- Connection data: timestamp – IP address
- Technical data relating to equipment and browsers used

- technical management of the site, site security and visitor statistics.

This data can be accessed via :
- Webmasters, administrators of the map.cnrs.fr website
- Authenticated contributors to the map.cnrs.fr website (editors and writers)
- Recipients of contact forms
Legal basis
Processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller
Data retention period
- After three years of inactivity, personal data is deleted as part of the right to be forgotten.
- A maximum of five years for authenticated contributors who are no longer part of the staff.

- Object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of your data;
- Withdraw your consent to the processing of your data.
